About the Role

As a Cleaner Inspector, you'll visit customer homes and worksites to check the quality of completed cleans, coach our cleaning partners, and ensure every Whizz job meets our premium standard.

You'll also step in and complete cleans yourself from time to time to maintain service levels and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit cleans to ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide on-site feedback and support to cleaners.
• Complete occasional cleans when required.
• Report and resolve service or quality issues promptly.
• Liaise with the operations team to maintain customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven cleaning or housekeeping experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Eye for detail and strong work ethic.
• Great communicator who can coach others.
• Driver's licence and reliable car required.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
