Melbourne Party Hire is on the lookout for a diligent and organised Allocator/Administrator to join our growing team. This pivotal role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
· Schedule delivery runs for a fleet of 6 vehicles across Melbourne
· Coordinate and communicate with delivery staff to ensure efficient operations
· Liaise with the office team and customers to confirm details and resolve issues
· Review and check all bookings before they are dispatched
· Follow up on missing information or incomplete bookings as required
· General administration to support the dispatch and operations teams
About You
· Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Effective communicator with both staff and customers
· Diligent, reliable, and able to work independently
· Previous experience in logistics, administration, or scheduling is highly regarded
Salary & Benefits
· Salary Range: $80,000 + super per annum
· Full-time, permanent role
