Lucy Homes is seeking a qualified individual with a strong background in residential and commercial construction who is ready to step into a leadership role and drive projects forward.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A trade qualification (Cert III Carpentry or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Supervisory/Management or leading hand role
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Experience coordinating teams on-site and liaising with subcontractors and clients
- Understanding of timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Confidence in leading a team and providing direction while still being hands-on
- Familiarity with WHS regulations and site safety practices
- A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work
- Mandatory possession of an Australian driver's license and White Card certification
