Key attributes you will have:

·       Extensive knowledge and experience as a Qualified Technician and /or Master Technician working within a busy dealership workshop

·       Ability to problem solve with technicians and to articulate clear and concise solutions

·       Works well in a team environment

·       Strong leadership and coaching skills

·       Excellent time management and organisation skills

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Must Hold an Automotive Mechanical Trade recognised in Australia

·       Must have full work rights in Australia

·       Hold a Manual Driver's License

Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include;

·       Ensure communication between the service counter and technicians

·       Allocating work to technicians, managing productivity & efficiency within the workshop

·       On the job tracing and mentoring or workshop employees

·       Ensure that Technicians work is checked off prior to leaving the workshop

·       Assist with driveway diagnostics.

·       Put the Customer Experience at the centre of all activity

To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes:

·       Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone

·       Attention to accuracy and a high attention to detail is a must

·       Be a positive individual with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment in a busy workshop.

·       A minimum of 2 years in or a similar responsibility within a dealership workshop
