The HB Group is a local Northern Territory family-owned company and a leading supplier of construction and quarry products in the Northern Territory for over 65 years. We currently have casual vacancies available for start in November, for Trainee Agitator Drivers within our Concrete Division, with the anticipation to have you signed off for the new year.

Note this is a casual position only, with the outlook to go full time once training is signed off. There will be a 3 week shut down period over the Christmas break where there will be no work.

About You:


• A valid NT HR Drivers Licence with sound driving history


• Must have experience driving a heavy vehicle – note this does not have to be an Agitator Truck


• Experience in the concrete industry would be an advantage – not essential


• An understanding and commitment to health and safety


• A team player with a can-do attitude


• Well presented with excellent communication and customer service skills


• Due to the nature of our projects, you must have the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and nights


• Have the flexibility to undertake remote work if and when required, once training is completed


• The ability to obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC) – which includes the requirement to obtain a National Police Clearance
