Mo's Detailing Studio is looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Detailer/Technician to join our premier team. If you specialize in high-end paint correction and professional ceramic coating application, we want to talk to you. ​What You'll Do: ​Perform multi-stage paint correction (compounding, polishing, and refining) to remove swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. ​Expertly prepare surfaces and apply a variety of professional-grade ceramic coatings. ​Execute premium interior and exterior detailing with an obsessive attention to detail. ​Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. ​Crucially: Show a strong desire and aptitude to train and become proficient in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Vinyl Vehicle Wrapping installation. ​What We're Looking For: ​Proven experience (minimum 2 years suggested) in professional automotive detailing, with a strong portfolio or references showcasing expertise in advanced paint correction and ceramic coating application. ​An impeccable eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results. ​Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player. ​A "Keen to Learn" Attitude: You must be genuinely enthusiastic and willing to put in the effort to learn high-demand services like PPF and Wrapping—we will provide the training ​Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ​Why Join Mo's Detailing? ​Growth & Training: We are dedicated to your professional development.
