If you are looking to take the next step in your career with a dynamic automotive industry environment, SD Motors Parramatta, who are on the lookout for a Sales and Registration Administrator.About the Role:Reporting to the General Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the dealership's sales and registration processes. Based in our newly refurbished used car showroom, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering seamless administrative support.Your duties will include but aren't limited to:
  • Manage vehicle sales administration processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide efficient support to Management with regard to vehicle follow-up, system updates, reports, and stock requirements.
  • Promptly complete dealer swaps and registration processes of vehicles.
  • Prepare internal documentation related to vehicle deliveries and customer handovers
  • Registering vehicles (training provided).
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of sold vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements throughout the sales cycle
  • Data maintenance for the Sales Department across multiple computer platforms.
  • Processing internal paperwork concerning deliveries.
To be successful in this role you must be able to prioritise your work and be able to multitask effectively. You will have a positive work ethic, excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail. You will be highly confident with computers with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Prior experience within an automotive dealership (particularly vehicle registrations) and/or a Business Administration qualification will be looked upon favourably.Why work with us?:
