About This Opportunity
We're seeking a professional and experienced
Full-Time Reliever Security Officer
to join our team at a retail site in Elanora. In this role, you'll be the face of security excellence, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients, customers, and visitors while responding effectively to any challenges or emergencies.

We are looking for candidates who can commit to working a Full-time roster. The roster will consist of 4 days on, 4 days off - 2 days and 2 nights. Allowances included.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Delivering exceptional customer service alongside professional security duties.
• Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling access to the premises.
• Promptly responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance.
• Conducting risk assessments and addressing potential threats with professionalism.
• Managing access control and maintaining situational awareness.
• Preparing detailed incident reports and data logs.

Roster
Candidates must be able to commit to a 4 days on, 4 days off roster. Including 2 days and 2 nights.

What We're Looking For

• A current Security License with crowd control (essential).
• A Control Room License (highly regarded).
• A current First Aid certificate & CPR.
• Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
