This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Venue Manager to lead a dynamic regional hospitality venue known for its food-focused offering and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a like-minded hospitality professional who shares the owner's passion for quality, consistency and genuine guest connection.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the overall management of the venue, overseeing daily operations across food, beverage, events and a small accommodation component. This role suits a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor while maintaining strong operational and commercial oversight.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee day-to-day operations across food, beverage and events

• Manage the small onsite accommodation offering, including standards and coordination

• Recruit, train and lead a committed hospitality team

• Develop and maintain high service and presentation standards

• Manage rosters, budgets and wage costs to optimise performance

• Ensure compliance with licensing, RSA, WHS and food safety requirements

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and the local community

• Work closely with the owner to support the venue's ongoing success

About You


• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior hospitality leadership role

• Strong background in food-led hospitality environments

• Experience managing or exposure to accommodation operations is highly regarded

• Commercially minded with confidence in budgeting, rostering and reporting

• A collaborative, values-driven leader who aligns with an owner-operator environment

• Organised, adaptable and solutions-focused

• Passionate about regional hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
