Their Norwood store offers a carefully curated shopping experience, focused on personal service, styling, and creating meaningful customer connections.

About the Role:

We're searching for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join this well-established retail team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours (4-5 days including Sundays), this is an exciting chance to step into a leadership role where storytelling and styling are central to every customer interaction.

What you will do:

  • Deliver elevated service experiences through styling and storytelling
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales results and team KPIs
  • Build genuine client relationships and lead by example on the shop floor
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Oversee daily operations including stock, rostering, and team development
  • Coach and mentor a team toward delivering a premium retail experience

What you will bring:

  • A strong eye for fashion and styling across menswear and womenswear
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural storytelling ability
  • Previous leadership experience in a fashion retail setting
  • Flexibility to work 4-5 days per week, including Sundays
  • A driven, enthusiastic mindset with a passion for retail success
