Synergie Australia is seeking a Warehouse/Flight Clerk for our warehouse and distribution clientlocated in Marrara.

The important parts:

  • Day shift, however, opportunities to also work afternoon and night shifts
  • $41.88 per hour
  • Work within a small but supportive team

What you will be required to do:

  • Hands-on cargo handling, including receiving, dispatching, sorting, and breaking down freight to customer specifications
  • Conducting basic serviceability and maintenance checks on vehicles/equipment, including refuelling
  • Utilising technical systems and operating office and warehouse devices
  • Operating tow motors, forklifts, and other equipment in accordance with safety protocols
  • Ensuring proper handling of freight, including loading/unloading from Barrows, ULDs, and vehicles
  • Performing cargo security screening using ETD and x-ray machines
  • Completing cargo irregularity reports in Hermes/iCargo and capturing relevant documentation/photos

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Valid Forklift licence
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience working within Aviation or RAMP (highly desirable)
  • Ability and flexibility to work different shift times dependent on schedules
  • Have attention to detail & strong multitasking abilities
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
