About the role

Join the team at Jones and Co. Cleaning Solutions in various cleaning roles. We have several roles available including;

1. Warehouse and Car Detailing: This role is approximately 15-20 hours working in our warehouse and detailing our work vehicles weekly.
2. Operations Support: This role is approximately 15-20 hours supporting our Northern Operations Manager in the day to day running of the business. This role can include cleaning when required and as the business continues to grow so will the weekly hours.

3. Professional Cleaners: We are always expanding and looking for individuals who just want some extra income or require more permanent work.

4. Please note: We will look at combining both the Operation Support and Warehouse/Car Detailing role to a full-time role if a suitable person applies and wants a full-time role.

All roles are responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to a variety of commercial and office spaces across Launceston, TAS. With a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience in the cleaning industry or those looking to start a career in the trades and services sector.

What you'll be doing

• Perform a range of general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising across commercial and office spaces
• Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy and ready for use by clients
• Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to high standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
• Reliable, punctual and committed to providing excellent service
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Flexible approach to work with the ability to work a range of shifts, including early mornings and weekends
