• Inspect and maintain the daily operation of the WTP
• Conduct regular testing and actively record and report sample collections
• Carry out scheduled cleaning and adhere to good housekeeping practices for the WTP and environs
• Check and monitor the quantities of consumables
• Inspect and maintain all domestic fire water supply storage tanks / inlets / pump stations
• Assist the environmental services department in duties related to village infrastructure
• Monitor the protection of the environment

• Certificate II Water & Waste Water or equivalent recognised qualification desirable
• Experience in SCADA operated WTP's
• Current driver's licence, Class LR desirable
• Basic plumbing skills desirable
