We are now seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead and optimise our sourcing and supplier management functions.

Position Overview: As Procurement Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all procurement activities across the business. You will drive strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the efficient procurement of products to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's commercial objectives and operational needs

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage contracts

• Conduct market research and cost analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for savings

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand

• Manage tender processes and ensure compliance with procurement standards and company policies

• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases

• Continuously assess supply risk and implement mitigation strategies

• Provide regular reporting on procurement activities, supplier performance, and expenditure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within an eCommerce or retail environment

• Proven ability to negotiate, analyse data, and manage supplier performance

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and commercial risk

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite
