You'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating suppliers & subcontractors for high-quality repairs
  • Identifying key gaps for business development opportunities
  • Understanding of financial aspects of the business
  • Ensure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & all relevant documentation are signed off
  • Development and maintenance of professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and promote awareness and adherence to all policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all variations to the scope of works are managed and in line with our guidelines
  • Ensure that the team meet agreed labour and material allowance and report any exceptions accordingly
  • Accurate documentation and compliance to internal and external customer specifications
  • Ensure high quality of internal and external trade repair management

As the ideal applicant, you will have:

  • A developed trade background with leadership experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to compile quotations
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated prioritising and organisational skills
  • Understanding of OH&S requirements
  • Ability to motivate and lead a trade team to achieve set timeframes and objectives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to grow a business and client relationships
  • Managed delivery process and quality to the highest standards
  • Current motor vehicle license
