We're on the lookout for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Domestic Workers to join our team and support clients in their homes and communities across Adelaide's southern suburbs.

This highly rewarding role helps improve the wellbeing of a diverse range of clients, including aged care, people living independently, and under 65's. You will support them with everyday tasks and encourage independence.

Shifts are a minimum of 3 hours, scheduled between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • General housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, bed-making)
  • Light shopping, errands, and prepping basic meals
  • Encourage clients to stay active and involved in their own care
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

  • Build relationships with clients & their families

  • Keeping accurate notes and documentation

  • Be the 'eyes and ears' for the organisation and report any changes or concerns

  • Provide a client focused service that improves their quality of life

About you

  • A warm, respectful, and encouraging attitude
  • Strong time management and the ability to work independently
  • Housekeeping skills and a love for keeping things clean and organised
  • A genuine passion for helping others live their best lives
  • Ability to work a minimum of three days per week
  • A current valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
