Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team on a casual basis. If you thrive in a social environment, love mixing drinks, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to bring your energy and creativity to a popular resort setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Deliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guests
• Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar area
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service

Shift details

• Shifts available across lunch and dinner
• Rotating roster Monday to Sunday
• Additional shifts available in the restaurant (subject to change)
• RSA (responsible service alcohol) required

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment
• Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Current RSA certificate essential
