Your Day-to-Day

Every great dining experience is a mix of atmosphere, flavour, and service — and that's where you come in. Whether you're delivering polished à la carte service in Alluvial, creating elevated moments in the Club Lounge, or bringing events to life in Banquets, you'll play a key role in crafting memories our guests will never forget.

What We're Looking For
  • A natural people-person with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A polished personal presentation and a passion for quality service
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
  • Current RSA and full working rights in Australia
