Wineism is looking for a hands-on, passionate cook to join our team in Albion. You'll play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes in our vibrant wine bar and events venue.

About the role:

• Prepare and cook dishes from our seasonal menu, ensuring they taste amazing
• Collaborate on our menu and assist with rotating specials and seasonal updates
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
• Manage stock, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
• Work alongside the front-of-house team to deliver a smooth, enjoyable guest experience
• Wednesday - Sunday roster (sustainable hours, no late nights)

What we're looking for:

• Experienced in a busy kitchen environment
• Skilled at cooking, plating, and making food taste great
• Confident working independently and managing a small kitchen
• Organised, reliable, and passionate about food
• Flexible with roster and happy to work weekends
