The company is a specialty coffee roaster and producer, committed to delivering high-grade, freshly roasted coffees to our retail and wholesale clients. We prioritize sustainable coffee production, comprehensive staff training, and fostering strategic partnerships with businesses that share our environmental values.
Now we are seeking an Environmental Manager to lead our environmental strategy and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. This role is critical in driving sustainability initiatives and minimizing our environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce environmental policies that comply with local and international standards.
- Identify and mitigate environmental risks associated with company operations.
- Lead projects aimed at reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote environmental sustainability.
- Design and deliver environmental training programs to enhance employee awareness.
- Monitor environmental performance indicators and produce reports to track progress.
- Develop and maintain environmental emergency response plans.
Skills and Experience
- At least three years' experience in environmental management and sustainability.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations relevant to the coffee industry.
- Professional strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to environmental sustainability and ethical business practices.
