The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District Mental Health Eating Disorders Team is based in the beautiful coastal Illawarra Region. The team uses a combination of face to face and cutting edge virtual technologies to provide CBT-E treatment and monitoring of the mental and physical health for eligible consumers. From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms.
