Grace HAIR AND BEAUTY  Salon 3/958 Kingston rd Waterford west 4133 is a busy salon with its main branch located in 3/958 kingston rd  Waterford West We are looking for a highly motivated full time /PART TIME HAIR DRESSER for our business.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and quality service is provided to achieve customer satisfaction and build a strong client base.
• Must have a good experience in hair cuts
• hair colouring
• foils
• permanent hair straightening
• Must be able to work independently.
• Manage and monitor all areas of salon operations in accordance to operating procedures and policies and review the procedures from time to time.
• Recommend/suggest product purchases to customers to maximize product sales.
• Supervise, manage, train and evaluate staff.

Experience required:

• Previous salon management experience essential
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team management skills
• Qualifications desirable
