Perth, Western Australia Northern Star Resources Limited Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the shaft team to ensure effective and safe operation and maintenance is undertaken
  • Identify and implement maintenance requirements associated with the winder, shaft and associated infrastructure
  • Ensure the shaft and winder adhere to required acts and regulations

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Extensive experience with the operation and maintenance of underground mining shaft and winder
  • Demonstrated experience in Underground Mining (within or outside Australia)
  • Experience in Supervision of mining operation employees
  • WA Shift Supervisor certificate of competency (desirable not essential)
  • Minimum 'C' Class unencumbered manual driver's license (exception for international candidates)
