Freshwater Creek Steiner School (FWCSS) is a vibrant, educational community centred around our K-6 Primary School and Early Learning Centre, where 200 children are enrolled.

At FWCSS, we are committed to working together to develop clarity of thinking, depth of feeling and strength of will in each child so they retain a sense of wonder, love learning, and grow as cooperative and capable individuals.

We are currently seeking applications for the role of Class 1 Teacher, commencing in January 2026 and continuing with their Class until they graduate at the end of Class 6.   The successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced primary teacher, who works from the principles of Steiner education.  All Class teachers are supported by our Student Support team of teachers and educational support staff.

FWCSS is situated on 24 acres of farmland near the beautiful Victorian Surf Coast, 95 kilometers southwest of Melbourne.  The successful candidate will be ready to live and work in this coastal/rural location and join our school community.
