Play a pivotal role in building sustainable giving for one of Australia's most loved charities.
Guide Dogs NSW/ACT empowers people with low vision or blindness to live independent and fulfilling lives. As part of a highly regarded fundraising team, you'll contribute to a cause with purpose, impact, and heart.
As Campaigns Specialist - Gifts in Wills, you'll lead the design and delivery of strategic acquisition and engagement campaigns that inspire supporters to consider leaving a gift in their will.
This role sits at the centre of the Gifts in Wills (GIW) program - collaborating across teams to deliver integrated, insight-led activity that nurtures relationships, drives growth, and strengthens long-term support.
In this key role, you will:
- Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns (DM, digital, TM and events) to attract and convert new GIW supporters
- Analyse data and campaign performance to inform strategy, forecast pipeline needs, and optimise results
- Work closely with agencies, event teams and internal stakeholders to align activities with supporter journeys and fundraising objectives
- Initiate and manage early engagement journeys for "considerers" through email, social and digital channels
- Support the delivery of GIW events and ensure consistent, meaningful experiences for supporters
- Mentor the team, guiding best practice across acquisition and stewardship
About You
You're a strategic and data-driven campaign professional who thrives on turning insights into action. With a strong background in marketing, fundraising or supporter engagement, you understand how to connect with audiences in a meaningful way - and how to build trust that inspires long-term giving. You're confident managing multi-channel campaigns and collaborating across teams, bringing both creative ideas and analytical rigour to the table. Most importantly, you bring empathy, maturity and a relationship-first mindset that aligns with Guide Dogs' values and purpose.
You have:
- Proven experience in campaign management, supporter engagement or fundraising, ideally across multiple channels
- Strong strategic and analytical skills – able to translate insights into measurable campaign results
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, audience segmentation and donor motivations
- CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded) and confident use of data to guide decisions
- A relationship-centred mindset and ability to adapt commercial campaign experience to a purpose-driven environment
- Maturity, initiative and a genuine interest in building long-term supporter relationships
Why you'll love working at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT:
- Join a trusted, values-led organisation making real impact across NSW & ACT
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home | supportive, collaborative team culture
- Opportunities for career progression
- Competitive salary + NFP benefits and flexible working arrangements
Bring your marketing and campaign expertise to a purpose-led role where every insight and idea contributes to life-changing impact.
