We're building one of Melbourne's most unique luxury clinic experiences—where women feel empowered in their own skin and leave with results and memories they'll never forget. We're hiring a Senior Skin Clinician to lead clients through an exceptional journey, while driving our signature systems that create demand and deliver outstanding satisfaction.

This is not a traditional dermal clinician role. You'll lead the strategy, systems, people, and rhythm that drive growth—pairing five-star service with elite clinical outcomes.

Your Mission

Deliver memorable, star-level treatments and service—opulent, exclusive, and warm—tailored so beautifully that clients talk about their experience for years.

You'll own the flow:

clients → consultations → appointments → sales → treatment results

Your success looks like: more loyal clientele, higher show rates, improved close rates, fewer no-shows, and reliable, growing revenue.

What You'll Drive
  • Client Journeys & Homecare: Prescribe elevated treatment plans and home protocols that deliver visible, long-term results.
  • Systems & Standards: Apply Estetik protocols across consultations, treatments, and customer care—bringing clarity, consistency, and excellence.
  • Performance Rhythm: Track weekly measures of impact, attend 1:1 weekly meetings, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO to remove bottlenecks, optimise the client funnel, and ensure a seamless, premium experience end-to-end.
  • Culture & Accountability: Model high standards, clear communication, and ownership—lifting the team around you.

A strategic, client-centred dermal professional who blends clinical mastery with people skills. You see the big picture and nail the details.

You'll Need
  • Proven experience across laser and advanced skin treatments (e.g., LED, peels, micro needling, resurfacing, rejuvenation modalities).
  • Confidence in sales operations & client psychology—you understand how consults convert and why.
  • Comfort with funnels/CRM, rebooking, reporting and improving each stage of the client journey.
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
  • A love for luxury service and measurable outcomes.

Nice to have: experience with event days/launches, content calendar input, and light CRM automations.
