Position Summary:

  • Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guest's and exceeding their expectations

  • Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to our team

  • Assist with the bar related tasks if required

  • Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times

  • Understand our Dizzy Bird Guest requirements whilst creating a fun & lively experience

  • Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings

About You:

  • An up-to-date RSA

  • Relevant experience in a similar role

  • Working rights in Australia

  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career

  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
