Lancemore Mansion Werribee is currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie who has experience ideally working in a hotel environment catering for banquet service and A la cart restaurant to join our team providing exceptional dining experiences in our highly commended Restaurant, Cellar Door and for Weddings & Events.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained. Reporting to the Executive and Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting the kitchen team during service
• Leading by example in line with our values and food standards
• Contributing to menu development and planning
• Monitoring mise en place, food cost control, and stock rotation
• Ensuring consistent delivery of quality dishes across all outlets
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene and WHS standards
• Supporting rostering and workforce planning as required

About You

We're looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and creativity to their craft. You will have:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hotel, banquet, or premium restaurant kitchen
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• A commitment to excellence, efficiency, and kitchen cleanliness
• Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
