Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Five Dock or our Wetherill Park office, for a Commercial Sales and Leasing Negotiator. The responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating, problem solving, listing properties for sale or lease, selling and leasing properties, maintaining client relationships, networking, proving expert market value and developing relationships with owners, buyers and tenants of commercial property. The role requires handling customer inquiries, conducting property inspections and appraisals, and preparing detailed reports and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate agency work ideally Sales & leasing
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Property Management
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Real Estate certificate or license
