About the roles
Glass Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier and/or Shower Screen installer to join our team in Capalaba, Queensland. These are full-time roles that will see you playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of our growing business. You will be responsible for glazing tasks, in mostly residential applications, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
GLAZIER -
- Measure, cut, and install glass products such as reglazing windows, doors, and shower screens
- Perform glazing tasks including glass cutting and installation
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the business through exceptional service delivery
SHOWER SCREEN INSTALLER -
- Installation of all types of framed and frameless shower screens and mirrors
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the business through exceptional service delivery
What we're looking for
- Relevant trade qualification in Glazing or a similar field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Glazier or Shower Screen installer, preferably residential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A clean driving history
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
