About the Role
Here at G.J. Gardner Homes Dalby & Chinchilla, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality residential homes with exceptional craftsmanship. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a carpenter with a great attitude who is passionate about their trade and committed to high standards of workmanship. While experience in new home construction is highly desired, it is not essential for the right candidate with a strong carpentry background.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Perform all aspects of residential carpentry, including framing, fixing, and fit-off.
- Interpret and work from building plans and job specifications.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Communicate effectively with other team members where required to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee apprentices and labourers.

- Equipped for the Job: You have your own reliable work ute and a comprehensive set of your own tools necessary to perform the tasks.
