The Opportunity:  

As a Bartender, you will craft and serve exceptional beverages with creativity, precision and care — from timeless classics to innovative new signatures that reflect our venue's unique character. You will create an atmosphere of connection and sophistication, engaging guests with confidence and charm while ensuring every experience feels seamless, polished and memorable.

Working alongside a talented Food and Beverage team, you will uphold the highest standards of presentation, product knowledge and responsible service, helping bring Crystalbrook's distinctive approach to hospitality — modern, sustainable and full of personality — to life behind the bar.

The Talent:

You are confident, engaging and passionate about your craft With a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits, you bring creativity and consistency to every drink you make. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing professionalism with warmth and a natural flair for service.

• Previous experience behind the bar in a quality or high-end venue (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines and spirits
• A creative approach to mixology and presentation — with an eye for detail
• Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Excellent communication and a natural ability to engage guests with warmth and confidence
• Collaborative and reliable, thriving in a fast-paced team environment
• Immaculate grooming and presentation suited to a luxury hotel setting
• Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
