Copywriter (AI, Copy, SEO & Proofing)

  • 2+ years experience in a copy focused role - must be confident in SEO copy
  • Agency experience is necessary - there will be minimal client facing expectations
  • Up to $80K+super DOE
  • Hybrid (4 In-Office, 1 day WFH) - Offices in Richmond
  • Must be PR/Australian Citizen - or have working rights with no future restrictions or expiration
  • Working closely with a proprietary AI software

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

In this role, you will be very much hands-on and on the tools. While writing is part of the job, the focus is on leveraging AI tools to generate content ideas, refining and proofing drafts, and optimising content for SEO and audience engagement. This is a highly collaborative role internally, working closely with the marketing team to maintain quality and consistency across all channels. Client interaction is minimal, except when a specialist perspective is needed to explain technical details. Your work will help drive results while making the most of modern tools and workflows.

YOU WILL NEED...

  • 2+ years experience in a copy focused role
  • To be confident in SEO copy
  • Agency experience
  • Experience leveraging AI - such as ChatGPT to enhance copywriting rather than replace
  • Experience Proofreading and QA
  • Skills across a wide range of copy - websites, eDMs, Social Ad Copy etc
  • Strong experience leveraging SEO tools for optimisation and reporting from a content perspective
  • Experience across a wide variety of industries
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • To be comfortable in the hybrid (4,1 split) structure - there is no room for negotations
