About Us:

Fibco is a civil construction company working on NBN projects across South Australia. We do important work like digging trenches, laying cables, and helping build the network that keeps people connected.

About the Job:

We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join our team. This is a physical, outdoor job, great for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.

What You'll Do:

  • Dig trenches for NBN cable
  • Move and lift heavy materials
  • Lay and pull cable
  • Use tools and machinery
  • Help with other general site work (varied tasks day to day)
  • Follow all safety rules and instructions

What You Need:

  • Some experience in labouring or construction
  • A valid Driver's Licence
  • Good fitness (you'll be working outdoors in all weather)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work well with others

Helpful but Not Needed:

  • First Aid & CPR
  • NBN experience
  • Traffic Management Certificate
  • Asbestos Removal (Class B)
  • Work Safely at Heights ticket

What We Offer:

  • $25–$35 per hour, depending on your experience
