Mechanical Fitters Wanted—Ongoing Work in Adelaide

Are you a Qualified Fitter and is looking for work? Join our growing team in Adelaide and be a part of the crew in one of South Australia's biggest infrastructure projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Monday to Saturday, 7 am start.
• Regular overtime (10-hours work).
• $56.25 per hour + super + penalties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance and repair of precast equipment like moulds, concrete batching systems, gantry cranes, and other fixed and mobile equipment.
• Preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Inspect mechanical systems and identify faults.
• Use MIG welding and fabrication to repair or modify moulds, frames, supports, and other yard equipment.

REQUIREMENT:

• Relevant Trade Qualification in Fitting and Turning is necessary.
• Previous manufacturing, industrial, or construction maintenance experience is highly regarded.
