Synergie Australia is seeking a Steel Structural Installer for a client who specialised in water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure company located in Glendfield.

We're seeking a reliable and safety-focused Trades Assistant to join our construction team in Glenfield.

About the Role:

You'll be assisting on-site with general construction duties, including:

  • Drilling holes and grouting

  • Manual handling and basic labouring tasks

  • Supporting trades and site activities

  • Reading and interpreting basic drawings (experience an advantage)

The work is straightforward — we're looking for someone hands-on, switched-on, and dependable.

Requirements:

  • White Card – essential

  • Full Construction PPE

  • Must have own reliable transport (no local public transport access)

  • Commitment to safe work practices

  • Previous TA or general construction experience preferred

Location: Glenfield, NSW, 3 Month Project
