The Role:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our team. You will provide personalised support to our clients, helping them live independently and with dignity. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with daily living activities including meal preparation and mobility.
  • Encourage and support social engagement and wellbeing.
  • Follow care plans and document care accurately.
  • Report any changes in client health or wellbeing promptly.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in aged care or community services is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and improving quality of life.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current police check and Working with Children/Disability check (as applicable).
