City of Rockingham, Australia Vicinity Centres Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We're reimagining the way Australians live, work, and play. We own and manage some of the most recognisable and loved retail destinations across Australia.

We're evolving our portfolio into destinations that offer a broad selection of retail, residential, and office spaces. Through our diverse portfolio, data-led decision-making, and nationwide development pipeline, we do things differently.

We are Vicinity.

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Executive to deliver dynamic marketing campaigns and initiatives that bring our centre's brand to life. In this role, you'll execute tactical marketing activity aligned to our marketing objectives, enhancing the customer experience and driving engagement across our trade area.

Working closely with the Regional Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with internal teams, retail partners, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are on-brand, impactful, and customer-focused. From creative briefing to campaign delivery and performance tracking, you'll be involved at every stage, making this the perfect opportunity for a marketer who loves rolling up their sleeves and seeing their work make a real difference.

What You'll Do

  • Plan & Deliver Campaigns: Execute localised marketing campaigns, events, and activations in line with our Vision Strategy & Action Plan (VSA).
  • Engage Customers & Community: Create content, manage social and digital activity, and deliver initiatives that boost engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate & Support: Digital Marketing - Use digital marketing channels to engage, inform and influence customers to be aware of us, to consider us, and to shop with us - Intermediate. Ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Manage Events: Oversee installations, dismantling, risk assessments, and daily on-site event management.
  • Track Performance: Monitor campaign results, sales data, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Compliance & Administration: Manage budgets, invoices, reporting, and governance requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Marketing experience, ideally within retail, shopping centre, or consumer-focused environments.
  • Proven Skills: Delivering events, activations, and campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Creative & Strategic: Ability to develop compelling creative briefs and align execution with brand strategy.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative: A natural relationship-builder who works effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related discipline (preferred).
Why Vicinity?

Our benefits program focuses on creating an awesome place to work in which our people are rewarded and recognised. This includes:

  • Flexible working options
  • Birthday leave & purchased additional leave
  • $1,000 worth of VCX securities rewarded for eligible team members
