Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in a dynamic and growing company?

We are looking for a driven HSEQ Advisor to help us get to the next level into our HSEQ journey.

This is a hands-on, stand-alone role—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact across our business.

We are targeting a part-time position of 30 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Day to day management and improvement of our HSEQ system.

  • Identify and implement improvement and changes to HSEQ systems and processes required to ensure legal compliance and drive best practice.

  • Influence and upskill all stakeholders to meet OEM Group's Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Standards.

  • Conduct risk assessments, site audits, toolbox talks and incident investigations.

  • Develop and maintain HSEQ procedures, registers, and training records.

  • Provide practical safety coaching and support to workshop and operational teams.

  • Accurately report HSEQ data, status and tracking progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a HSEQ Advisor role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial services.

  • Strong working knowledge of WA WHS laws and ISO 9001 principles.

  • Confident communicator who can work independently and influence a safety-first culture.

  • Qualification in Work Health & Safety and/or Quality Management (Cert IV or above).

  • Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
