About Us

The Pump House is the largest specialist Pump Company in Southeast Queensland – proudly serving our community for over 38 years with a team of 70+ passionate staff across four branches. We're a local business that genuinely values our people, offering excellent training opportunities, career growth, and a supportive work environment.

The Role

As the face of The Pump House, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door (or give us a call). From helping them find the right product, to keeping our store looking fresh and welcoming, no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with stock handling, displays, and keeping the store looking its best
  • Delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service in-store and over the phone
  • Processing sales quickly and accurately through our POS system
  • Offering product advice and solutions – Training Provided
  • Working as part of a tight-knit, supportive team.
