Programme Supervisor

Are you a confident communicator who thrives on keeping people, schedules, and projects running smoothly? We're a small, close-knit surveying company based in Bowral looking for a Programme Supervisor to take charge of the daily flow of our jobs, communication, and client care.

This is a hands-on operations and coordination role — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and being the central point of contact for both clients and team members.

You'll support the team by managing the day-to-day program of work, including:

• Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
• Preparing and issuing quotations, with follow-up via phone and email
• Issuing deposit and balance invoices for projects
• Scheduling staff and equipment across field and office tasks using our project management software
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and statutory authorities
• Identifying workflow improvements and helping implement better systems

• Confidence on the phone and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate documentation
• Great organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A confident, adaptable approach to technology – comfortable with Outlook and the Microsoft 365 suite, and able to pick up new systems or processes without drama
• Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or client-facing roles
• Bonus points for experience in surveying, construction, or trades-based environments

• Hours: Full-time, 8:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday (45-minute lunch)
• Weekly total: 41.25 hours, salaried
• Location: On-site in Bowral (Southern Highlands NSW)
• Remuneration: $72,000 – $82,000 + super, aligned to skills and background
