Part-Time Dental Assistant – Be Well Dental

Location: Highgate Hill, Brisbane

Hours: Part-time (2–4 days per week, flexible)

The Opportunity

We're looking for a part-time Dental Assistant who brings warmth, presence, and professionalism to every interaction. You'll work closely with a kind, skilled, and mindful team that values every person who walks through the door — including you.


What You'll Do

  • Chairside assist with dental procedures
  • Provide gentle, emotionally-aware support to patients during visits
  • Prepare treatment rooms and manage infection control
  • Engage in calm, caring communication with patients and team
  • Occasionally assist with reception tasks and patient flow

What You'll Bring

  • Experience as a dental assistant (preferred but not essential)
  • A calm, kind, and centred presence
  • Comfort working in a slower-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • A genuine respect for people's stories, emotions, and wellbeing
  • Availability for 2–4 days per week (flexible on days)
