About the role

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and manage large-scale testing efforts for the SAP WM to SAP EWM transition.
  • Plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases for the SAP EWM module.
  • Utilize OpenText ALM for test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Facilitate and lead defect triage meetings, ensuring timely resolution and closure of defects.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, functionals, developers, and end-users to ensure testing aligns with business requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates and test progress reports to project stakeholders.

What you need to have to be considered
  • Overall, 8 to 10 years' experience as Functional Test Lead - SAP S/4HANA ERP or EWM or MM/SD modules
  • Extensive experience utilizing OpenText ALM for comprehensive test management and reporting
  • Proven track record in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, particularly within the utilities sector.
  • Great collaboration skills and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced in leading and managing test team(s)
  • Strong expertise in test planning, hands-on execution, and overall test lifecycle management.
  • Skilled in defect management, including leading defect triage meetings and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Experienced in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • Well-versed in both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
