Australia Computer Traders is a leading online and retail ex-government IT equipment supplier with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality refurbished IT equipment and exceptional Customer Service.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Retail All Rounder to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service in our retail store while also assisting with stock management and order fulfillment.

The position involves:

  • Helping customers with purchases
  • Maintaining store presentation
  • Receiving and storing stock
  • Picking and packing online orders
  • Preparing items for shipping
  • Accurate Stock Management

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A good understanding of technology and IT equipment is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in=store with product inquiries and purchases
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
  • Receive, unpack, and store stock in designated areas
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and process shipments for delivery
  • Support general store and warehouse operations as required

Having your own car, and forklift Licence would be ideal but not necessary.
