National Dental Care is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to assist the team in our modern Thompson Road (Cranbourne North) practice on a part time basis.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant in our thriving Thompson Road practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • Proven surgical Dental Assistant experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Cert III qualification in Dental Assisting
  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

You are:

  • Available Tuesday (7:30am-7:15pm), Wednesday (7:30am-5pm) and Saturday (7:30am-5pm)
  • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
