The Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Fencing Labourers to join our growing team. This role involves assisting with the installation of various fencing systems, including security Fencing, Chainwire, and Colourbond, while working safely and efficiently on job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with fence installation, including digging, concreting, and material handling
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Loading and unloading fencing materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Supporting tradesmen and site supervisors as required
Requirements
- Previous labouring or construction experience preferred (fencing experience highly regarded)
- White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
- Driver's licence and reliable transport – essential
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
