About the role
As a Site Supervisor at BM Doors Victoria, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the projects.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement project plans with the Project Manager to guide the successful delivery of project
- Manage and report on project timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on time
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, tradespeople, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution
- Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively address challenges, and implement effective problem-solving strategies
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and drive innovation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry on large scale construction sites
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects to completion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to think strategically
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
