Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming goods
  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Picking, packing, and shipping orders
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-store for bookings, invoicing, and payments
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assisting with other duties as needed, depending on the company's requirements

  • A process-driven mindset—you enjoy ticking off tasks and getting things done right
  • Flexibility and a team-player attitude—you can take direction and also work independently
  • A friendly and helpful manner when dealing with customers
  • Physical capability to handle some heavy lifting and a commitment to following safety procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A valid driver's licence and forklift licence
