The Assistant Director of Nursing (After-hours) will be a valued member of the Access and Flow team to provide leadership and management that promotes, develops and supports clinical and professional practice, patient flow and access and emergency management in the after-hours periods. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous clinical leadership in the acute setting is desirable
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
