About the role

We're seeking a Trade-Qualified Flexographic Printer to join our MCC Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced printer who enjoys working alongside a skilled and supportive team.

We offer a rotating 2-week roster with 12-hour shifts, three days a week—giving you four days off to do whatever you love

Your duties

• Operate advanced print technology to deliver client orders on time and to high-quality standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
• Inspect components and promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
• Uphold quality assurance practices and maintain accurate production records.
• Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

About you

• Trade qualified (Certificate III in Print or similar).
• Experience with Flexo or Web Offset.
• Experience with high embellished labels will be an advantage, but not essential.
• Excellent quality control & high attention to detail.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
